Website use
This static website does not currently use advertising trackers, analytics tools, user accounts or marketing cookies. The website host and network providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, request time, browser information and requested page in ordinary server logs for security and service delivery.
Contact form and email communications
When you submit the contact form, the information you enter is transmitted to Tensor through Formspree, our technical form-delivery provider. We process it to review and respond to your enquiry, take steps at your request where relevant, maintain appropriate business records and protect legitimate legal and business interests. Please do not send confidential investment or account information.
Retention and recipients
Information is retained only as long as reasonably required for the relevant enquiry, business-record obligations, security or legal purposes. Formspree and our hosting and email service providers may process data as technical service providers under applicable contractual and legal safeguards. Processing outside the European Economic Area, where applicable, is subject to the safeguards required by data-protection law. Further information is available in Formspree’s privacy notice.
Your rights
